IBEW...the right choice

IBEW Local Union 380 is proud to serve the Electrical industry with integrity and a commitment to the following Code of Excellence.

What is the Code of Excellence?

The Code of Excellence is an I.B.E.W. Program of job responsibility for the construction industry which promotes the highest quality and quantity of work, use of the best skills by our members and the best work practices by all.

Why a Code of Excellence?

The Code of Excellence is designed to eliminate problems on I.B.E.W. jobs, setting a goal for both labor and management to provide customer satisfaction. Its implementation serves to produce projects that are built on time, under budget, and built right the first time!

The Code of Excellence is an internal program to enhance performance by addressing the responsibilities of Local Union 380, our members and our NECA contractors in order to best serve our customers.

By committing to a Code of Excellence, I.B.E.W. Local Union 380’s responsibility is to set an “excellence” standard of work performed, with a zero tolerance of job interruptions, work stoppages, or other member initiated jobsite problems. For a complete review of the Code of Excellence, read more… Code of Excellence
